Return Policy

Custom orders, limited edition collections (e.g., Jacques Marie Mage), sale items, and purchases made with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.

For all other items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at imageeyesoptical@gmail.com. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of approval. We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.
